As a qualified Chef, Baker, Confectioner, Chocolatier and experienced cake artist, I combine a wealth of skills, creativity and craftsmanship to design wedding cakes that are both visually stunning and unforgettable in flavour.
Every cake is individually designed using the finest ingredients, including Belgian chocolate, ganache, buttercream, royal icing and sugarpaste. From elegant sugar flowers to fresh, faux or dried floral details, I offer a wide range of options to create a cake that perfectly complements your wedding style and theme.
