We have been crowned ‘Best Musicians’ for the last three years at the Best of Welsh Wedding Awards. We have also won honours at the Welsh Wedding Awards and Nations Wedding Awards, recognised as one of the best wedding bands in the UK.

James and the band played our wedding in October. James was lovely and easy to communicate with in the run up to the wedding, answering any and all questions we had. Everyone loved them on the night and they played so many songs we loved and even took requests from guests which we hadn’t planned! Thank you for being such a big part of our day! ❤️
Couldn’t recommend the Verge enough. Fantastic atmosphere all evening and they even arranged an acoustic version of Blink 182 for our first dance which was just perfect!

Awesome band – the best!
The Verge played at our wedding and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the very first song, they set the perfect tone for the night and managed to get huge numbers of our wedding party up on the dance floor almost immediately; and they kept everyone dancing all night long!
One of the things we loved most was how accommodating they were with song requests from our guests if it was in their playlist. They made everyone feel involved and really tailored the music to the crowd, which created such a fun, energetic atmosphere. Their song choices, timing, and transitions were spot on, and they clearly know how to read a room.
They are outstanding musicians – tight, professional, and full of energy, but beyond that, they’re just a genuinely fun band to have at your event. They brought great energy, loads of personality, and made the night feel special rather than scripted.
So many of our guests commented afterward on how brilliant the band was and how much fun they had. If you’re looking for a band that knows how to get people dancing, keep the energy high, and make your celebration unforgettable, we can’t recommend The Verge highly enough.
