Hello I am Zoe! I started baking 6 years ago for friends and family and in 2018 the Ginger Bear Bakery was born! My passion for baking and design became a huge part of day to day life and I left my full time job to grow my little business. I have a background in art, design and fashion which is where my love for creativity and colour comes from. I am so very lucky to be able to combine my creative passions with my career.
Fast forward six years and I now have a large portfolio of beautiful wedding cakes and deliver to many stunning wedding venues in and around South Wales. I work from a home studio which is my creative hub where I spend many hours baking and decorating.
